Week 1 Breathwork

As a parent of a nonspeaking child with autism, your days are often unpredictable and overwhelming. This guided breathwork session, rooted in the ancient science of yoga,  is designed to calm your nervous system, eliminate brain fog, and restore clarity, so you can show up as the grounded, present parent your child needs.

 In just a few minutes, you’ll feel more centered, focused, and ready to handle whatever the day brings—with less stress and more ease. Press play, take a deep breath, and reset. You deserve this.

Please do this sitting and with a tall spine, either on a chair or on a cushion.

Please know that if you have experienced any pelvic floor trauma in your past and the section on pelvic floor engagement is triggering for you for any reason, simply bypass it and go to the breathing. You can always return to this later.

Note: the initial module is 22 minutes. You only need to watch this on the first day! After that, use the audio here to accompany your daily breathwork practice (under 10 minutes).
